Wayne Homes Cumberland Build

This blog is being created to discuss our building experience with Wayne Homes. We have decided to build the Cumberland model with the Craftsman finish. Our mortgage was approved in the Fall of 2013 and we were anticipating breaking ground in late 2013. Unfortunately that was not the case. 

Color choices

So Today was the big long meeting at Wayne Homes office where we chose the finishes for the house. It's hard to make choices from little swatches of everything. I am sure in the future they will have some awesome computer program where you can preview your choices. All we had to work with was what you see in the photos.

These are the colors for the basement bathroom

This is the foyer tile and the carpet color for the main floor

This is the floor, counter and cabinets for the basement kitchen

Here is the hardwood for the kitchen/dining area with the dark counter, maple cabinets and the carpet next to the hardwood

These are the finishes for the main and master bathrooms
